Dementia

Rosemary

4.65 €

Looking after memory and mental alertness becomes ever more important over the years. In this category you will find rosemary – a herb that has been part of Mediterranean and Bulgarian tradition for centuries and has traditionally been used in folk medicine for alertness, concentration and good mental wellbeing.

The Rosemary tincture is a water-alcohol extract of rosemary leaf with no added colourings, flavourings or stabilisers. If you prefer tea, choose dried rosemary leaf – an aromatic herb that can also be part of your cooking. Rosemary is also included in the “Concentration, Anti-stress and Peaceful Sleep” herbal package.

We must be clear: dementia is a disease that requires monitoring and treatment by a doctor. Food supplements do not treat, slow down or prevent dementia and do not replace therapy prescribed by a neurologist. If you notice changes in memory in yourself or a loved one, the first step is a medical consultation.

Rosemary has a stimulating effect and, according to its contraindications, is not suitable for pregnant women or people with high blood pressure. Older people often take several medicines, so be sure to consult a doctor before use. Exercise, social contact, mental activity and a varied diet remain the best care for the mind.
