Return Policy

You can return products you ordered from us within 15 days. This policy applies to orders delivered to Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and the United Kingdom and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

  • Return window: 15 days from the day you received your parcel.
  • We accept only new products – unopened, with their packaging and seal intact.
  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. We do not offer exchanges.
  • Returns are dropped off at a courier office (Econt or Speedy) or another parcel drop-off point.
  • There is no return or restocking fee.
  • We refund you within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

Which products can be returned

We accept products that are new and unopened: in their original packaging, with the cap, seal and label intact. Our herbal tinctures, dried herbs and other products are foods and food supplements – once opened they cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.

If a product arrived damaged, defective, different from what you ordered or past its expiry date, we take it back even when it has been opened and refund you in full.

How to return a product

  1. Within 15 days of receiving your parcel, tell us that you want to return a product – by phone, email or the contact form. Include your order number, the products you are returning and whether they are defective.
  2. We will confirm the return and send you the address or courier office to ship it to.
  3. Hand the products in at an Econt or Speedy office (or another parcel drop-off point) within 14 days of telling us.
  4. Once we have received and checked the parcel, we refund you within 3 days.

Return costs

We do not charge a return or restocking fee.

You pay for sending the return parcel, unless the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered – then we cover it.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid for the products and the standard delivery cost of the order within 3 days of receiving the returned products.

As orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer – please include your IBAN and the account holder's name when you contact us. Amounts are in euros.

Exchanges

We do not exchange one product for another. If you would like a different product, return the first one as described above and place a new order.
