Do I need an account to order?
No. Add the products to your cart and complete the order with your name, phone number and delivery details. No registration is needed.
How can I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier for the products and the delivery when you receive the parcel, in cash or by card if the courier offers it.
How much does delivery cost?
The courier calculates the price from the courier you choose, the delivery method and the town, and it is shown before you confirm the order. Delivery to an office or a parcel locker is from €3.55; delivery to an address costs a little more.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1 working day, and Econt or Speedy usually deliver in 1–2 working days. Around holidays and in busy periods it can take longer.
Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?
No, at the moment we deliver only within Bulgaria – to an Econt or Speedy office or parcel locker, or to an address.
How can I track my parcel?
The waybill number is shown on the page after you order and in the confirmation email. Use it to track the parcel on the Econt or Speedy website.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 15 days of receiving it, if the product is new and unopened. Defective, damaged or wrong products are taken back even when opened. The details are in the Return policy.
How should I take the herbal tinctures?
Every product has directions for use on its page – follow them and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The tinctures are food supplements and do not replace a varied diet or treatment prescribed by a doctor. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a doctor.
How do I choose the right tincture?
Browse the categories, arranged by the organs and systems of the body, and read the description, ingredients and questions on each product's page. If you are unsure, call or write to us and we will help you choose.
