Shipping

We deliver orders across Bulgaria with the couriers Econt and Speedy. You pay on delivery, and you see the delivery price before you confirm your order.

Couriers: Econt and Speedy.
Delivery to a courier office, a parcel locker (Speedy APS or Econtomat) or an address.
Delivery price: from 3.55 € – the exact price is calculated by the courier when you order.
Payment: cash on delivery – you pay for the products and the delivery when you receive them.
Timing: we ship within 1 working day and the courier delivers in 1–2 working days.
We deliver within Bulgaria only.

Delivery options

When you order, you choose the courier (Econt or Speedy), the town and how the parcel reaches you:

To a courier office – you collect the parcel at an office of your choice.
To a parcel locker – Speedy APS or Econtomat, where you collect the parcel at any time with a code.
To an address – the courier brings the parcel to the address you give.

Delivery price

The courier calculates the delivery price from the courier, the delivery option and the town you choose, and it is shown in your order before you confirm it. Delivery to an office or a locker is the cheapest – from 3.55 € – and delivery to an address costs a little more.

You pay the delivery price to the courier together with the products when you receive the parcel.

Delivery time

The shipment is created with the courier as soon as your order is accepted, and we ship it within 1 working day. The courier usually delivers in 1–2 working days. Around public holidays and in busy periods it can take longer.

Tracking your parcel

The waybill number is shown on the page after your order and in the confirmation email. Use it to track the parcel on the Econt or Speedy website.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery: you pay the courier for the products and the delivery when you receive them, in cash or by card where the courier offers it.
