Bilberry grows in sparse coniferous and deciduous forests and shrubs (most often spruce, pine, and beech), on rocky and stone meadows, alpine pastures, and peat bogs. It is distributed in all high mountains up to 1800m above sea level (in Western Bulgaria and some high fields below 1000m). It is found throughout Europe. Varicose vein problems most commonly occur in people who spend hours daily performing activities in a standing position. Varicose veins can be external and internal, which means that some are visible while others are not, but regardless, the discomfort they cause can be quite noticeable. The sensations vary with each organism - pain, burning, itching, "tingling," numbness in the limbs, etc. Most people resolve this problem surgically, but I don't recommend it because, depending on the progression of the disease, the procedure might be risky, create subsequent complications, or not solve the problem completely, with symptoms recurring over time. The same applies to hemorrhoids. They're almost inevitable for women after childbirth; the question is whether they're active or not and how frequent they are. They can be external or internal. They usually occur mostly in people whose daily life involves sitting positions, especially if the surface is harder.
One of the most serious and difficult-to-solve problems related to blood vessels is venous thrombosis.
All of the above manifestations can be prevented with timely care or with a proper lifestyle.
