Daytime fatigue and drowsiness can be manifestations of various sleep disorders. A classic example is heavy snoring, which stops breathing and causes so-called sleep apnea. In people who snore, there is impaired oxygen access to the lungs due to mechanical obstruction. Sleeping pills are not a sensible choice. It's more reasonable to try herbs and homeopathy. One option for dealing with the problem is lemon balm extract in various forms.

It is not recommended to take Melissa Herbal Tincture with alcohol, due to the direct counteraction of some beneficial effects. There are also some indirect mechanisms, such as the reduction of beneficial zinc under the influence of alcohol detoxification processes in the liver.

Insomnia, or the so-called sleep disorder, is one of the most common sleep disturbances. It is characterized by difficulty falling asleep, sleep with frequent awakenings, early waking, as well as excessive daytime sleepiness. Insomnia prevents a person from getting proper rest, leads to accumulation of chronic fatigue, irritability, and poses serious risks to the nervous system. It should not be neglected as it may be a symptom of a more serious illness.

About 1/3 of the modern adult population suffers from insomnia, with women and elderly people being affected more frequently. The condition is characterized by difficulty falling asleep. In insomnia, sleep latency increases and typically lasts more than half an hour.
