Beneficial for anxiety, nervous tension, mental stress, insomnia, symptoms of fear neurosis.

"Herbal tincture BALANCE" is a specifically selected mixture of herbs known for their sedative effect without causing dependency.

Contains mint leaves, lemon balm leaves, and valerian root.

The herbs are taken in tincture form. Used for:

  • disturbed function of central, autonomic, and peripheral nervous system;
  • neurosis;
  • increased and unexplained irritability;
  • insomnia;
  • unexplained panic attacks;

Mint is found throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and North America. It is widely distributed and thrives in various climatic and soil conditions but develops best in humid environments and moist soil. Mint is known for its healing applications in:

  • digestive system disorders
  • gastrointestinal and colic pains
  • angina
  • flatulence

In medicine, both the oil itself and pure menthol are used to produce various preventive preparations. When in contact with nerve endings, menthol causes a cooling sensation, acts as a pain reliever, vasodilator, irritates the mucous membrane of the intestines and stomach, and causes increased peristalsis. It has been proven to have antiseptic properties. Menthol is included in numerous preparations for treating cardiovascular diseases, anti-migraine medications, nasal drops, inhalation mixtures, etc.

Lemon Balm owes its healing powers entirely to its composition. Lemon balm contains essential oil of citral, citronellol, myrcene, geraniol - substances that have a spasmolytic effect on the digestive and respiratory systems. It also contains vitamin C, keratin, organic acids, and flavonoids. Lemon balm is known for its healing applications in:

  • insomnia, stress
  • anxiety
  • mental strain
  • arrhythmia, hypertension
  • disorders of the cardiovascular and female reproductive system

The herb helps against viruses, acute coughs, and excessive sweating. Lemon balm suppresses nausea and stimulates appetite. The medicinal herb acts against neuroses, rapid pulse, and migraine.

Medicinal valerian, also known as valerian root, is a widely known and used herb since ancient times, with earliest records from Ancient Greece and Rome.

Hippocrates was the first to describe its properties and often prescribed it as a remedy for insomnia. In medieval Sweden, it was hung on newlyweds to protect them from the "elves'" envy.

Contains essential oil, which includes monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, as well as esters of formic, acetic, butyric, and isovaleric acid.

The underground part of the plant - the rhizome, which is characterized by a strong, specific smell, is used. It contains actinidine, which has a strange and interesting effect on cats, probably due to the smell that resembles cat urine.

Valerian is known for its healing applications in:

  • disturbed function of the central nervous system;
  • neurosis;
  • sexual weakness;
  • stuttering;
  • migraine;

The proper functioning of the nervous system is of paramount importance for the overall health condition of a person.

The organs that make up the nervous system coordinate the direct connections between all tissues and organs in other systems of the human body. In fact, this means that the presence of problems, dysfunctions, and diseases in the nervous system seriously threatens human health because it directly affects the properly occurring processes in the body.

FAQ

The BALANCE herbal tincture is not recommended to be taken with alcohol due to direct interference with some beneficial effects. There are also some indirect mechanisms, such as the reduction of beneficial zinc under the influence of alcohol detoxification processes in the liver

The overly busy and stressful lifestyle often leads to impaired function of the central nervous system. The consequences are too many, depending on the affected areas, duration, and resilience of the remaining organ system. It is important for every person to restore their balance as quickly as possible, because some consequences are lifelong and irreversible, others take away the ability to live a normal life, lead to other diseases, and can even be a precondition for activating oncological diseases.

The nervous system is an extremely important coordinating system. It can affect almost every organ in the human body. The most dangerous consequence is the development of oncological diseases, resulting from long-accumulated, high levels of stress and tension. In women, one of the most common problems that occurs with impaired central nervous system function is hormonal imbalance, which itself leads to many secondary health problems related to menstruation, thyroid, adrenal, pancreatic, and pituitary gland function.

With an overly busy and stressful daily routine, there is increased production of cortisol and adrenaline, which at a psychosomatic level trigger causeless fears, increased anxiety, panic attacks, etc.

Another possible consequence is nervous stomach. By corresponding with the digestive system, nervous system dysfunction disrupts its activity, leads to slower metabolism, increased appetite for sweets, or lack of appetite for long periods.

It causes migraines, insomnia, which prevents the body from resting properly and restoring its vital forces.

It leads to permanent or temporary hypertension, increased pulse rate, arrhythmia, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and more.

As well as countless other related, similar, and various diseases.

The effect of the tincture varies in speed among different organisms, as well as depending on how chronic the condition is and the type of diseases. It can be used as needed for milder conditions, but even long-term use does not put the body at risk of developing dependency. The lifestyle and whether stress accumulates daily are of great importance, but there always comes a moment when the body finds its biological balance and becomes ready to self-regulate the stability of the nervous system - in this case, usage can be discontinued. The main purpose of the combination of herbs in the tincture is not to prevent the manifestation of consequences by suppressing symptoms, but to heal the underlying cause.
