Madder (Rubia tinctorum L.) is a flowering, perennial plant from the Madder family - Rubiaceae. The medicinal part is the dried root. The compounds found in madder include purpurin, molugin, rubiadin, lucidin, rubiatricinic acid, glucosides, and others. Thanks to its composition, the bark is used for kidney stones and diseases of the bladder and spleen. The root has strong anti-inflammatory properties for arthritis and other joint pains, and can improve bone formation. It can also be used as an antispasmodic agent.

Extract: 1 teaspoon of the herb is soaked for 8 hours in 250 ml of cold water (cold extract). Finally, both extracts (warm and cold) are mixed and consumed 4-5 times throughout the day.
